Disclosure Statement
American Trinity University is a Religious Exempt Status School verified by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary Education(BPPE). The Bureau’s approval means the institution and its operation comply with the standards established under the Law by the State of California for private postsecondary educational institutions.
American Trinity University has been operated with Bureau approval, and in compliance with all applicable state statutes, rules, and regulations. In July 1, 2007, the Bureau ceased operations in accordance with a ‘sunset’ provision in the state law.
American Trinity University has entered into a voluntary agreement with the California Department of Consumer Affairs. Under that agreement, we continue to comply with all applicable state statutes, rules, and regulations that were in effect as of the close of business in June 30, 2007.

This may include contacting an institution to which you may seek to transfer after attending American Trinity University to determine if your credits or degree, diploma or certificate will transfer.’ - American Trinity University does not currently participate in federal and/or state financial aid programs, however, convenient tuition payment plans are available. In addition, the University has no pending petition in bankruptcy, is not operating as a debtor in possession, has not filed a petition within the preceding five years, and has not had a petition in bankruptcy filed against it within the preceding five years that resulted in reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code(11 U.S.C. Sec. 1101 et seq.)
Statement of Ownership
The American Trinity University is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service of the Department of the Treasury as an exempt organization(47-4504567) from California income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. As a private, not-for-profit, public-benefit Corporation; gifts and donations to American Trinity University are tax deductible. To meet the needs of its students, the University is organized into an educational delivery system based on the democratic process in which the student is the prime concern. In the quest for academic quality, the University has a commitment to increase and strengthen the quality of teaching in the classroom through teaching models, careful evaluation and feedback.
American Trinity University is a nonprofit, public benefit educational institution that provides services supportive of students’’efforts in succeeding academically, vocationally and personally. In order to fulfill its mission, the University strives to provide excellence in education by hiring well-prepared and experienced faculty and staff; by maintaining an updated facility that fosters educational growth in a pleasant and safe environment with modern classroom equipment and library facilities.
Governance
The American Trinity University is a private, nonprofit, nonsectarian, coeducational University organized as a corporation under the laws of the state of California, subjected to any limitations contained in the general nonprofit corporation laws of the State.
The University is governed by an appointed Board of Trustees. The President of American Trinity University is the University’s chief executive officer who, together with the Board of Trustees, sets the agenda for the strategic vision for the future of the University while embracing its core mission, its sense of community, its overall intellectual environment and providing financial leadership and operating management at the highest possible levels. Within this context, the President is responsible for maintaining the University’s focus so that the goals, the objectives and the integrity of its mission and purpose are maintained and met.
The Board of Trustees represents the ultimate and inclusive authority within the University. Their authority is derived from the University’ bylaws. The Board of Trustees is the primary policy-making body of the University. Within this context- a policy is a general rule or principle, or a statement of intent, or direction, that provides guidance to administrators in reaching decisions with respect to the particular matters entrusted to their care.
All policies of the University must be approved by the Board before they become official policies. The Board has promulgated bylaws delineating the policy-making process for policy issues that require Board approval. In certain areas, the Board delegates its policy-making authority to the President. However, final approval still resides with the Board. In some instances there are statutory requirements of formal action on certain issues due to provisions written into the University’s original bylaws. These constraints limit the delegation of authority by the Board of Trustees on certain policy issues and responsibilities.

Our Mission is committed to the advancement of spiritual, intellectual, personal and professional growth of students. American Trinity University extends the knowledge and activities for our students’ benefit from the highest standard of scholarship. We offer exemplary education through our undergraduate and graduate degrees in the fields of Theology, Religious Education, Mission, Healing Ministry, and Religious Counseling.

The founding philosophy of American Trinity University is to provide quality educations in the field of Theology, Religious Education, Mission, Healing Ministry, Family Ministry, and Religious Counseling. The Explanation of College Logo

American Trinity University has the meaning that is the holy land, divine land. Namely, that means Jerusalem where all people desire to go. The letter L that looks like the building stands as the symbol that will be built in the future. And, the blue color in the upper part means Sky, namely, Lord. And, the green color in the bottom part means Land. This means that in the harmony with Sky and Land, our desire that tries to live together peacefully and powerfully. And, therefore, ‘American Trinity University’ has been meant as ‘The Holy Land’ that Lord reigns ‘one Nation’. The sun that rising from the bottom means the college that has been growing newly and the hope that comes out strongly in the future. The Latin that Truth is my Light, is American Trinity University’s desire that pursue for the truth.

Based on the words that ‘For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart’, this school has been trying to cultivate the leaders who mastered the power of the truth and the words.
- Loving: Personal commitment to serve Jesus Christ as Lord is necessary for all Christian ministry. Learning contributes to one’s maturity in all aspects of Christian commitment. As a person knows more about Jesus he or she will love Him more and serve Him more effectively.
- Learning: Christian ministry necessitates the acquisition of knowledge in broad areas of thoughts and life, both within and beyond the Christian heritage. Through Biblical, historical, theological, sociological, and ministerial studies the student learns how better to understand God in relation to persons, persons in relation to God, and of persons before God in relation to each other.

History
The southern Baptist Center for Biblical Studies was founded by Dr. Charles A. Williams and with his wife, Dr. Georgia Gantt Williams in Atlanta, Georgia in 1980. The center was charted in March,1981 in Jacksonville, by Florida Department of the state, Florida government. Trinity Bible college and Seminary was found by Dr. Charles A. Williams(Accoding of requesting of as the Korean director Dr. Paul H. Hahn) in October 26, 1989 by Florida Department of State(This Seminary, later June 20, 2003 the name was changed into ‘Trinity Theological College and Seminary’). Dr. Paul H. Hahn has been appointed the Korean Director for Southern Baptist School at the same time, Trinity Theological College and Seminary. Southern Baptist School for Biblical Studies in Jacksonville, Florida and Immanuel Baptist Theological Seminary in Peachtree, Georgia have been cooperated and helped to us.
According to the change of our seminary’s situations, this School’s name ‘American Trinity University’ and location have been changed and is newly found and established in association with the Lordland Education Group(Chairman, Charles K. Jung, Ph.D. & Ed.D.) by Dr. Paul H. Hahn in July 16, 2015, in Los Angeles, California, USA. However, by and large, courses offered at this associate university are primary full Gospel in perspective
